How to Request/Order Comission :
Pray, before placing an order, thou must first contact us to confirm availability. Once we have accepted thy esteemed order, thou mayest send us the details of thy commission via email, Discord, or Twitter's direct message.

"Hark, esteemed patron! Welcome to our commission services. It is our utmost pleasure to work with thee on thy esteemed project. Pray, be advised of the following terms and conditions:
General :
Commissions shall be processed in accordance with the order in which they are received, and we shall expeditiously notify thee upon commencement of work on thy esteemed piece.
In the event that a commission request is not consonant with our abilities or style, we reserve the right to decline said request. However, we are willing to engage in discussion until both parties reach a mutually satisfactory agreement.
We shall keep thee apprised of the progress of thy esteemed order through the communication medium of thy preference (e.g., email, Twitter direct message).
The creation of a completely original character (OC) from scratch may require additional time, depending on the complexity of the design.
If we do not receive payment or a response to our order inquiry within 48 hours of sending the sketch, the order shall be cancelled.
Once the coloring phase commences, we are unable to offer refunds.
Thou mayest request up to two revisions during the sketching phase, but any additional changes shall count towards the revision quota.
In order to avoid using the revision quota, we recommend making any desired changes during the sketching phase, prior to proceeding to the line art phase.
Should the number of revisions exceed the allotted quota, the order may be cancelled or continued for an additional fee, which shall be determined based on the extent of the requested revisions. In the event of a cancellation, thou shalt be refunded 50% of the initial commission price (excluding PayPal fees).
If thou requestest a refund prior to the commencement of the coloring phase, thou shalt receive 75% of the initial commission price (excluding PayPal fees).
The PSD file of the commission shall incur additional fees.
Payment :
We shall accept payment for our esteemed commission services via PayPal or Ko-fi.
Payment is required to be made after the sketching phase has been completed and agreed upon by both parties.
Please note that PayPal fees are included in the commission price. We thank thee for thy understanding and cooperation.
Work Progress :
Upon receipt of full payment, we shall commence the finishing process of thy esteemed commission.
Please note that the usual duration of our work may vary between two and seven days, or potentially more, depending on the complexity of the piece and any agreed upon deadlines.
In the event that thou hast not received the finished product after the estimated deadline, and no prior notice of delay has been given, thou shalt have the right to request a refund in accordance with General (9,10). However, if prior notice of delay has been given, thou mayest choose to patiently await the finished product or request a refund in accordance with General (9,10).
The finished product shall be delivered to thee in the form of an A4 size paper canvas with 300 dpi resolution, sent via email or uploaded through G-Drive with a private link provided to thee. Should thou desire alternative delivery methods, thou mayest make such a request. We thank thee for thy understanding and cooperation.
Copyright and Use Policy :
Pray, be advised that the commission artwork license is intended for personal use purposes only.
A separate license shall be required for commercial use, and said license shall be priced differently. If thou intendest to use the artwork for commercial purposes, thou must notify us beforehand.
All rights to the artwork shall remain reserved to Yakuyakuku (myself), with the exception of fanart which belongs to the respective copyright owners of the franchise it portrays.
Commercial usage of the artwork shall be priced based on the intended purpose, but a small project (as determined by our discretion) shall cost double the original commission price.
Personal use shall be defined as follows: thou shalt not sell the artwork in any form, physical or digital, such as but not limited to posters, stickers, or any other merchandise. Using the artwork in videos that have monetization on platforms such as YouTube or Twitch shall be considered commercial use, not personal. However, using the artwork as a profile picture on social media or streaming media shall be considered personal use.
Thou art welcome to utilize the artwork under the fair use doctrine, but thou must credit the artist and the artwork properly. Reproducing or using the artwork without written or express permission is strictly prohibited.
